Their customer service is great and it easy to get in contact with them. The office is located here and the farm in west Melbourne. The christmas trees are ordered online and delivery is made to your home which is great. I recommend it for ease of use, however if you want to go the farm, it is located west of Melbourne about 35 mins drive.
